Average membership of the Pack is around 35 boys who are between 1st and 5th grade (6th grade boys enter Boy Scouts).

The Pack is chartered by the PTO of Scarborough Elementary School.  We have a committee leadership structure including a Charter Organization Representative who keeps acts as our liason with the PTO; a committee chair who provides the "behind the scenes" leadership of the pack; a treasurer who keeps our finances in line; an advancements coordinator who keeps track of the advancements of each Scout; committee members (Den Leaders) who help with Pack planning; and a Cubmaster who is the public face of our program - he leads our meetings and is the go-to person for the Pack members.
 
Pack meetings are usually held on the third Tuesday of each month.
 
Blue and Gold banquet celebrates Scouting's birthday each year - which is why it is traditionally held in February.  It is the time our Pack recognizes the hard work of the Webelos II den members and has a party in their honor to cross them over to Boy Scouts.
 
Year 2010 is the 100th year of Scouting!  Look for some exciting events to come.
