The following schedule applies to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday only.

8:00-8:15 ..... Arrive at Nikki Luginbill's house (2005 East 152nd Street Olathe, KS 66062)
8:15-9:00 ..... Arrival/Check-In
9:00-9:20 ..... Opening Flag Ceremony (travel time 9:20-9:30)
9:30-10:20..... Rotation I (travel time 10:20-10:30)
10:30-11:20 ... Rotation  II
11:30-12:30 ... Lunch
12:30-12:50 ... Mid-day  surprise  (at flag) (travel time 12:50-1:00)
1:00-1:50 .... Rotation III (travel time 1:50-2:00)
2:00-2:50 .... Rotation IV (travel time 2:50-3:00)
3:15 ......... Closing Flag Ceremony
3:30 ......... Dismissal

 

The schedule for Thursday is pushed back two hours, allowing family night to begin at 5:30 pm.  The following schedule applies only to Thursday.

Nikki Luginbill is still looking for parents to attend the Camp and volunteer to help out during the day.  She is also looking for volunteers to help drive Scouts to and from the campsite each day.  Contact Nikki by Friday, May 29, 2009, if you can help out.

 What to bring
Minimize

Each Scout should have these items every day of Camp:

  • Meal for lunch
    • Water will be provided throughout the day
  • Water bottle
    • Prefer those with a strap as Scouts will walk a lot
  • Bug spray
  • Sunscreen
  • Clean,  dry socks
  • Hat
    • A hat will be provided by the Pack, but it is good to have another
  • Spray bottle for water / mist  (and water fights!)
  • Toys the Scouts can use during some free time each day
    • Examples include: soccer ball, Frisbee, glove & baseball, etc.
  • Money as we will visit the Trading Post at least one day
    • This should be stored in an envelope

All items will be placed in a 10 gallon bucket provided by the Pack.  Scouts will keep items at the campsite each night.
