What is Day Camp?
Day Camp is fun and adventure with a purpose! Attending Day Camp helps boys stay interested in Cub Scouting over the summer and provides them with engaging activities within a safe environment. The Red-Tailed Hawk Day Camp is staffed with trained, qualified leaders who will ensure your Cub Scouts enjoy a wonderful summer-time experience.
When and Where is Day Camp?
Camp will be held June 14th through June 17th, 2010, at Old Lake Olathe Golf Course. The golf course's address is 2300 West Golf Course Road, Olathe, KS, 66061
How much does it cost?
The cost of Day Camp is $50 per scout if paid on or before April 7. The cost is $65 per scout if paid after April 7. The cost is $70 per scout if paid at camp. For New Tigers, those boys entering 1st grade in the Fall ,the fee is $50.
The Pack also has a $10 charge for each scout. This fee will be used to pay for supplies like hats, buckets, ice, and more.
Who can go?
Day Camp is open to all registered Tiger, Cub, Webelo scouts, and parents. New Tiger Cubs (those entering the 1st grade in the fall) are highly encouraged to attend. New Tigers will only need to pay $50, regardless of when registering.
What forms need filled out?
The Health Form must be filled out by each Day Camp attendee -- scout and adult. Only Part A and Part C need to be filled out. Please make sure these forms are turned in to Nikki Luginbill by the April Pack Meeting.
